    Silver hits 23.00 per ounce

    At least that's what my local dealer quoted me on 7-March. That was for common art bars. Silver Eagles were 31.00. I rarely stop in the shop because I mostly buy key and semi-key dates. Needless to say I left empty handed!
    Just because it did not work does not mean it was not a good plan!

    The shop mostly sells state quarters, presidential dollars and supplies. I imagine that he mostly buys older coins for next to nothing to sell else where.
