Yes, he is trying to get around the fees. I've seen people kick from ebay for this.

I am of Scottish extraction and always jealous that other races have all sorts of preconceived stereotypes. The Scotts just don't have too many or if there is I never hear any. I must admit though I do squeek a bit when it come to spending money. Always looking for a good Scottish joke.

I like Scottish racial slurs. I have only heard one and for fear of picking on another racial group I will not repeat on line.

The only Austrian Joke I know is our Governor (I live in CA)
