Buy Gold?

Lately i have been interested in buying gold coins such as a liberty half eagle or Indian Had Eagle. Should I buy them now or wait until the price of gold drops (if it does drop)? This might be a stupid question to some of you, but I just turned 15 and don't know much about how the price of gold/silver is.

go to kitco.com to find out metal prices..I would suggest you buy silver bars because, silver has not yet reached its peak yet..plus half eagles have alot of premium.

Dealer right now is stocked full of Gold and then some. Said everybody is turning Gold into Silver.

If you are in this for the long haul, it really doesn't matter which PM you own. I wouldn't hesitate to trade 40% or even some 90% and turn it into Gold if the price is right. Gold has dropped a bit and the premiums have gone up correspondingly but I would still buy gold if given the right conditions.
