My prediction is that about two years from now when the price of silver hits bottom, the way we'll know it is that premiums will be near zero. I don't know how low it will go. But I think we will have plenty of time to buy at those prices.

Just today, I was talking to a fellow selling Sterling jewelry. He was saying that the Refiners are running behind in filling orders of their End Process silver buyers by as much as three weeks. Silver is in short supply with India closing their silver mines due to mining costs. He said the refiners, themselves, are paying not only Spot, but Spot plus $1.60 premiums.....

I did get to ask which Refiners are doing this, and he said "They all are".
