Filed for Chapter 11. Not sure if they can continue... sounds pretty bad. I noticed that Apmex had quit carrying RMC products a few weeks ago so I called to ask why. I liked their products. The woman on the phone said that RMC had been late or hadn’t delivered as contracted on numerous occasions so Apmex would no longer be carrying their products.
