i wrote this article about the price of gold and the value of the American dollar a while back. i just remember that i wrote it and though i post it and see what you guys think about it. let me know your thoughts.

Good article. If you look at a chart of the dollar index vs. the price of gold since 2001 you see a negative correlation between the two.

Although the weak dollar does contribute to gold's value, I think that as time goes on there will be other factors involved too in other countries and ours that make gold and silver a good place to park money. Inflation, mid east wars, etc., will all make gold and silver good bets.
