Need help identifying this Eagle Button.Says Newark N.J on reverse side and Button Co

It is a US Navy button made by the American Button Company of Newark NJ, and that company was in operation only from 1901 to 1917, when its factory burned. In 1920 that company was sold to the Waterbury Button Company.
