IMO... these would be worth finding... And worth money to the right person.
MAYBE, the Rockingham County Historical Society in Harrisonburg, Va. (County Seat) has some to review; MANY Shifflett families live in Penn Laird, Va., & I knew a few (GIRLS... HA!). ANYWAY, "google" Rockingham County Historical Society. HH!
