I hope this helps someone.

Losing a loved one just tears out your guts. For me, i wanted to just say they're gone, cut yourself off from them. But of course I could not because I have respect and no way I could do that. So I grieved and could not even get on with my life. Not hungry, not anything.

Then I was working on a project. had a little success then realized this soul was wanting me to be happy. That's the definition of true love. Religions talk about it and I am starting to believe that love transcends this world we live in on to a higher place. If that's Heaven, it sure makes sense to me.

I know I sound like Theresa Caputo. I don't know much about her, watched a couple of her shows a few years ago and I didn't have any connection there. But now I see what she talks about. Whether she can really make a connection, I don't know, but she has some wonderful words of wisdom to share with others. For this I give her high praise. Your deceased loved ones want you to be happy. They can feel it. That's a blessing.
