Just a quick introduction. My name is Rex and I'm the new PR guy at the Deteknix shop. I'm settling in right now so be patient as I get acclimated to the environment here. I just wanted say hello and let you people in this world know that you are being heard. The response to the new products has been quite well...HUGE! I also wanted to let you know that I am at the Deteknix HQ in California on a regular basis. There is a lot going on behind the scenes. There is much more to come. Hi Rex,
I received a diamond digger for christmas and by today I was digging and it snapped. I wanted to find out about the warranty and possible replacement.
overall I have been happy with it, I like the grip and it cut well so except this this it was good.

I do not think you will get a up date it seems they do not tell us much i was wondering if they are still in business.
