XPointer Pro Dead?

So last night I decided to charge the xpointer to use today, this will be the second charge since acquiring, actually this was the replacement prize if you all remember when they backed out of giving the winners the Quest Pro detector. Anyway used to 2 times and now its actually dead, full charges but doesn't turn on, anyone had the same experience with this unit?

Received an email today after asking for support from Quest and sure enough they have said send it back to them for repair.

Hi Everyone, sorry to leave everyone hanging so long, wanted to update the thread I started. Anyway I did receive a brand new replacement pointer, so just wanted to give kutos even though I hadn't been here for years.
