Hey everyone, I've got another yummy easy recipe!
We tried this at girl scouts and it was an all around croud pleaser.
4 C flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 cup milk
Dump in a big bowl. Mix and turn onto floured surface, knead in plenty of flour until absorbed. Stretch/pat into 3-5 inch rounds and fry ( in about 2" oil) until golden brown. Great topped with honey and butter or a syrup of butter, sugar, and cinnamon. I had too much for the 3 of us so I cut the remainder into chunks and tossed with sugar/cinnamon. Put into bundt and topped with more melted butter/cinnamon/and sugar to make an easy cheap monkey bread.
