Lasagna

1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 tsp. salt divided
1 28 oz. can tomatoes, quartered and undrained
1 12 oz. can tomato paste
12 lasagna noodles
1 12 oz. caarton cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup grated pamesan cheese
4 cups (16oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves

Cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble, drain. Stir in garlic, parsley,and tomato paste
simmer uncovered, 45 minutes or until thickened: set aside.

Cook noodles according to package directions, drain.

Combine cottage cheese, eggs, 1 tsp salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Mix Well.

Layer half of noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozzerella, and meat sauce in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Repeat
layers.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

That recipe sounds great!!! But, yeah there is always a but. My wife makes great Las. but then again it cost so much money for her to make it ,like almost 50.00 for it. it is good but then again Stoffers is very good too! I think I will save the money!
