No, not what you think! I'm talking muskrat. Tried it when I was a kid, when we trapped 'em for pelts....not bad, substitute it for rabbit. Old man said he'd pay me a dollar a carcass back then, for the fresh ones. They had marsh-rabbit festivals here in Michigan, and some of the finer resturants served it. Dark meat, and a lot better for you than chicken, I should know, I raise poultry..... ffd
