Soā¦this boiling thing means:
bringing water to 212 degrees Fahrenheit for cooking. But you donāt need a thermometer to boil water. The process to boil water (or any other kind of liquid, this is for the more advanced) is simple.
Please follow these few steps:
Step 1
Put some water in a pan or pot.
Note: DO NOT fill it to the top, or the water will splash out of the pan when it boils!
Step 2
Place the pot on your stove top and turn the burner under the pot to the highest setting.
Note: The stove knobs probably has a āHiā or āMaxā setting. Use this!
Step 3
Let the water come to a full rolling boil.
Note: this is when the bubbles are rapidly breaking the surface. DO NOT use finger to āseeā or ātestā if the boiling liquid is āhot enough!
Also note: Covering the pot helps speed up process by trapping surface heat.
