In my ongoing quest to prove that any liquid which doesn't actually kill yeast can be made into bread, I present you Cream Of Mashed Potato Soup Rolls:

This started out as mashed potatoes. The leftovers were made into cream of potato soup. The leftovers from that got mixed with flour, yeast, salt and honey, then given the usual bread treatment (knead, rise, punch down, shape, and rise again). They were great!

Check out the cool circa-1940's British aluminum pan, too, in pristine shape. No, I didn't find it with the Tesoro. 50 cents at a garage sale!

Next up...melted fudgecicle bread! I hope....
