The first one no but number two looks to be hard to say, but it looks like it is. The big one is .58

You're going to need to post clearer pics and accurate measurements of them to get a good id. The bullet in the first pic looks like a jacketed pistol bullet, which would pretty much date it to after 1900 for the most part. I can't see enough of the second to make any real guess.
