Hi All,

I recently found this GW Inaugural button. I know that such buttons in a well preseved state are worth something, but I don't know if one as corroded as this one would be worth anything. So I was wondering if anyone knew if this was worth getting appraised and if so who would be a good appraiser for the job. I have looked for an appraiser in my area (Southeastern New Hampshire - Northeastern MA) but can't seem to find anyone. Some of the folks at my club suggesting trying here.

The top picture was taken thru my camera, the bottom is a composite of two pictures taken at 10x thru a microscope.

You are kidding right? Uh, no, in that condition it's worthless...send it to me and I'll take care of it for you! Nice button in any condition.

Actually the word is that it would probably fetch about $200 or so as it is kind of a rare item. There is a better thread about this button in the "Today's Finds" forum.
