I found this today at a new spot. I am trying to get the back clean enough to see what it reads.

Try soaking in hydrogen peroxide to get the surface crud off....what does the back look like??...is it the same metal as the front or rusted iron??

It is the same metal as the front.I don't know how good the pic shows it but the back says extra quality.

I also found three of these all just alike. Pics of front and back. They are about two inches by two inches.

First off, If your going to use peroxide put it in a small tuperware cup and heat it to boiling.......
Second, Sometimes it's best to take a toothpick and gently rub, or scrape the crude off your button.
Third If you will look at the tool bar across the top of the site, look and click on "The Hunt Starts Here"
Then you can go to todays finds or the what is it forums....you will find people there to answer all of your Questions......
