Has anyone ever been relic hunting in the Westport area of Kansas City, MO? I hope to there in August like I do every year to visit my cousins. This year I think I am taking my detector after reading about the battle of Westport. Never have taken a detector on a plane though. I would like to check out the areas where they fought and also maybe drive out in the country where there were some Indian battles. if I have time. Check my cousins yard out to.
