I hiked miles into the deep New England wilderness to scout out and locate a new cellar hole to detect. Look what I found! :love4:

I slapped myself in the face because for the longest time I wanted to scout these woods but wasn't too sure. It pays to scout, especially here in New England.

I have yet to detect these sites. Will post finds when I do get around to detecting them.

How did I find them? Found a large patch of woods that had intricate stone walls, found out who owned it, got permission to enter land, scouted all day with a GPS to mark found sites....and there you go!

I think I might be able to make it out there today for a few hours. Wish me luck!
