I just order me a new f70 I do not no much about it can someone help me on the best settings on depth for relics and coins hunts

I don't have an F-70, but I would recommend two things:

1. Go the the Fisher Research Lab forum under the Metal Detecting Forum, 2nd tier listed as Brands on this web site. Has to be someone in there to help.

2. Plant yourself a garden in your yard and practice your settings. By planting, I mean putting objects at known depths spaced apart so you know what kind of depth you are getting. If you are worried about forgetting where the items are planted, press down a 2" PVC cap over the spot with the depth in inches on it in permanent marker.

Thank you I will do that. I just got my f70 in the mail today I need all the help I can get lol I had a f2 and I gave it to my boy I pulled a lot coins out with it thank you again
