Old Nail?

Can anyone tell me if this nail is really old just by looking at this photo? I dug it this morning at a park off the beaten path in south Florida. Thanks for looking and your feed back.

It is a modern nail. You can drive it in up to the shank and this way it makes it easier to pull out.I may be wrong .

Looks almost like it was fashioned into a fish hook. Hers a handy nail chart someone posted here a while ago. Love your avatar,just finished watching the finale a few night ago.

Its a concrete form board nail... not very old.. That extra ring is for making it easier to pull out when removing the form boards
