Queens Rangers first American Button

I recent dug this Queens Rangers 1st American button along with several other early artifacts in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. The second button pictured was found about 3 feet from the Queens Rangers button, does it look familiar to anyone here? Can anyone ID it? Thanks for your help.
