There is a cave like this, with more of documented history, in Burrillville RI. I'm fairly certain I am one of only 3 people who know where it is. I know it was re-discovered around 2013, but probably not had been seen for a 100 years before that. I also am fairly certain I am the only who's been since the re-discovery. I am not affiliated with any public group who published an article about this. Let me know if you'd like to know more. Proof below:

I have. About 12' long and about 3-4' wide at best. The height inside is about 5 feet. It was mostly dry which was surprising. I am planning a better trip with more gear when it warms up, but I am only short walk from the place.
