Unknown Wisconsin Rock

I found this about 2 years ago while I was up in Ashland, WI. I found this somewhere on the beach but I dont remember exactly where it was. I was thinking it was some type of Iron but a magnet will not stick to it!

I washed it with some water and soap, it cleaned it up a bit. Here is a picture at a different angle. Any idea of what it is?

kinda looks like a peice of what i seen in the cow pasture...lol then agin maybe it is a coprolite

Yep, see a lot of it. It's a low grade hematite, or iron-based rock, just not magnetic.
