Found in E.TN. I think they are both magnetite due to very strong magnetism.

The brown one streaks brown but the black leaves nothing. I did a bit of research of the area I was in and turns out they mined around the whole place I was at for magnetite back in the late 1800 early 1900. I also found some Epidote and and that turned out being Calcite/Pyrite/Hedenbergite.
