I think its natural because of a few reasons ..but would still like to hear the context you found it in.
Welcome to the Forum.
I think it is a fossil of sorts.
The leftovers from an ancient tube worm in ocean sediment a very long time ago.

Possibly an iron or other concretions, which just means its a cool looking sedimentary rock.
