Super magnetic rock I found!

Hey guys found this around my house in Morris County,NJ. I've soaked it for a few days to clean it up. It is highly magnetic, really glossy in parts(smooth gloss). Could it be meteorite shard? Let me know what you all think..

Sorry, not a meteorite, an from the photo my guess would be Dolerite, a plutonic igneous rock that contains Quartz, Magnetite, an Olivine as minor minerals.

Break it up, attach to rubber bracelet, sell to Hippies.
