Would be nice if i can some opinion on what the yellow stuff might be ?
Any answers would help

It might help to add a picture of the specimen without the close up and include any info regarding where you found it.. The picture is so magnified its blurry when I open to look..

If it was gold you could see a bright yellow color.

My Gilbert Chemistry set told me to place some sulfur is a tea spoon, place a flame under the spoon until the sulfur begins to fume, then take a sniff.
Fool me once............ I was only nine but I still learned.

I know... I always got those two mixed up.. They both start with the same letter. I'll work on it...
