Associated with some precious metals, may or may not be small mesh gold inside, you would have to crush an pan it, the rock looks of oxidized sulphides, if you have the time an there's more in the area an some extra cash in pocket (you could get it assayed BUT!! only if there's a lot in the area to make it worth assaying) do you know of any gold, silver, copper heck even a iron mine nearby, if so possible tailings an depending on sophistication of mine technical operation if one is close, tailings may (expect the worst hope for the best) have some precious metals.

P.S. The black area's may be magnetite an the red may be hematite.
