Knife Wires

I was going to crush some rocks I had and pan out the fines. When I got done panning I had these silver wires in the pan. I took out my pocket knife to poke them around and the wires just jumped to the knife tip like an old etch a sketch. I didn't know what they were and then I remembered I was cutting some sheet metal I these fragments must have got in the morter I had on the work bench? Thought I'd share the pic.
