Some lake superior agates from a while back

I just stumbled across some agate pics that for whatever reason I never got around to posting when I took them so I thought I would share them now. I think they are all 2013 finds. They are all natural (other than treated with mineral oil). I hope you enjoy!

A nice floater (Agate, then quartz, then agate, then quartz). Learn to love the quartz. ;)

At .75 pounds this is still my largest nicely-banded agate find. One of these days I might try to get a better pic of the face.

Those are beautiful! :thumbsup: I have never been to any of the Great Lakes and wish I were closer and able to hunt for little pieces of awesomeness like those. Thanks for showing!
