While I am unaware of any occurence in Southwest Virginia, the bluish rocks appear that they could be Lapis Lazuli. Considering all of the different types of rocks and minerals you are finding there, there is a high likelihood that everything geologically is/was there to create it. Blue one does a deep scratch on glass, red one a lighter scratch, gray one a lighter scratch. Can't find my streak plate nor my hardness kit thanks to my son, he keeps moving things and forgetting where they are. USGS says that there is white marble in this area.gray one scratches with steel, red and blue don't. Gray one looks like flint.

Nope, three different, blue, dark red and gray. Third and last one dark red,first and fifth gray flint like. Second and forth very blue.

Found streak plates, streak on black plate is white for all three, nothing on white plate.

The bright blue piece definitely has exposure to copper. I think the bright blue sections are likely Azurite encrusted on a Quartz-type host. You guys have a lot of copper-related minerals in your area. Do the bright blue sections scratch off fairly easy?

No they don't, solidly attached crystals. And they're clear mostly. Some more so than others. Initially thought it might be agate except for the crystals. The red stones are translucent. (Throws up hands in confusion.)

Will check on magnetic. But be aware, our magnetism is all screwed up here according to USGS. Will take some more pics too.

Magnetism (in mineral ID) is only relevant if the rock is magnetic... You got me confused for a short while there.

Cordierite is not magnetic.
