Quartz vien is another guess but pegmatite has quartz too if not mistaken. After being on T-Net for a while, I know that this "vien" is something to look for in mining.

I'm no miner or but maybe pegmatite vien?
(That's my unofficial guess).

This is an extra video about other location , the rocks originating from the top

It could be pegmatite vien, I will read about it

I'd say a quartz vein, to. Looks like it has potential for crystals!

I can't view the video as it says that I have to sign in! It appears that the rocks you are asking about is an Iron stained Quartz vein in a larger Slate upforced outcropping. I would like to see a close up of the material mainly to the right of the larger mass of Quartz seen in the last pic. It almost has a look of Kimberlite but is probably just eroded Slate.

Can you explain why it looks like has potential for crystal?

Because I see tiny crystals in an image in the first post. ;)
One crystal can often result in more finds nearby.
