Need someone to make a piece of jewelry/pendant out of a stone I collected ...

My daughter is adopted from an orphanage in Russia. Where we were there to meet her 15 years ago, I picked up a rock in front of the orphanage. It looks like some type of pink granite to me. She turns 18 in March and I would like to have the stone cut down, polished and make into a pendant. Can anyone recommend someone to do this type of jewelry work for me?
