Also, file a little window into it. Not saying it is, but it might be a meteorite like the one that struck Washougal, WA.

Any ideas? The shape baffels me! Not the natural shape of a rock???

Well, it is a granite. Granite boulders do tend to get a roundish shape in certain conditions.

The pitting is quite typical of granite that's been subjected to weathering for some time.
