I'm hoping that someone can help me identify this rock/mineral that I found on the Wasatch Front in Utah. I'm not a rock hound, but I do a lot of hiking and I have never seen anything like this before. The rock is dark grey/black and the flecks that you see in the photo are actually crystal facets. It is faceted throughout the entire chunk, which is 12 inches long and about 9 inches in diameter at its widest point. It weighs approximately 31 pounds. Thanks for your help!

Picture is too blurry when i zoom. Yellow is pyrite and greenish is chalcopyrite. You have some amphibole in the rock but other then that i can not tell out. Good luck.
