I Personally see a resemblance to Quartz from Conglomerate .
But a rather Large piece .

Yeah those were some pretty rude remarks.
It appears that you have a water worn bit of milky quartz. If you like it put it in the collection
I know I have plenty of bits like that sitting around and have seen many more in others rock gardens.
