Are you aware of any metal-smelting done in the area you found these?
#1 looks suspiciously like slag.

But do some tests: Will a knife scratch it? Serpentine-family of minerals can have some similarity to this piece.

A hardness test and a scratch test for coloration would help as well as some info on the location of the find. As EU says the first looks like a possible slag, the pits of what appears to be ash in the stone, but it could be volcanic in origin as well seeing as its so solid. Both need a bit more info and maybe a few more views.
