I'm not a gemologist, but it looks like a polished sodalite or a blue tiger's eye.

Looks to me its an agate with some native stone mixed. Hate to say it but it also appears to have been dyed. But it is still attractive.

I'd also say agate with native rock, although at first I thought a low grade boulder opal. Images were a bit to blurry to tell if the native rock was iron stone or not.
