Two Rocks would like help Identifying

The first one my wife picked up out of a wash on our property,the second one I picked up just because it looks different
The first four are one rock from different angles and the last three are the second rock from different angles

Try taking less blurry pics, preferably outside in daylight.

Cant really get any good definition on the first 4 pictures of the crystaline speci. At a guess a rather clustered bit of small duzzy quartz crystals or maybe a calcite. Need better pics. The second stone looks rather like a ironstone slate. Give it a streak test and observe if it fractures in thin bits.
