Very rare rock?

Received this rock and was told it is very rare. Unsure of that. Very pretty , has a gold and purple shimmer.

Streak it, hardness, size, weight, etc. Become a detective. Otherwise it's just a guess. Some better than others.
Probably worth pursuing.

Kinda looks like an azurite/malachite mix, but it is hard to tell as the pic is a little blurry....

My guess is Eclogite.
