What are these rocks ?

Hi everyone I'm new to the site, first time on this type of site. Well I have some rocks that are kinda weird well to me, I've not really educated when it comes to minerals or rocks etc. I have some rocks that I've found on a uncles property down in mexico, the weird thing is that the rocks look like they're glued together, and they're all over the area you really don't have to look hard to find them.

Are they actually glued or are they cemented together? Have to break one to find out. If they are purposely made then I have no idea but maybe someone in the Indian artifacts forums may know.
