UPDATE: The pocket is bigger than I thought, I opened it up a little more on Saturday, and pulled out some much bigger, but really ugly crystals, there had been some crystals as big around as my arm, but they had shattered long ago, as the clay was filled in between the shards. The pocket looks to be widening out and is showing signs that it might be even bigger! I'm going back again this Saturday to do some more work on it. I need to bust out some overburden rock so it doesn't cave in on me, I don't want to be squished! Once I do that I can take my time carefully digging out the clay. If there is anything good in there I don't want to damage it! I'll post more pics when I get time!
