Sooo....I was out after the rainstorm today at the beach...and looked down, thought it was a dead fish...eyes sparkling like diamonds....I looked again....reached down...touched it, thinking it would be squishy or jump out at me...and low n behold, it was a hard rock with black diamond-like stones inside the circle (eye)....They are packed in there..Last two photos back and side

The small crystals are likely quartz. The rock seems sedimentary? Uncertain.
