Couldn't tell from the pics if there's any gold in there. However, I do see some quartz. Get some better pics outdoors in daylight.

No visible gold that I can see. If you'd like to know for sure, crush and pan a sample....
However I think you'd be better off at a lapidary club having this piece made into cabochons.
