Found this doing spring cleaning at a place I bought so don't know for sure where it came from but would guess the Yellowstone river area. It's fist size with bright orange or red. Photo was taken wet to show the colors. Is it a blood agate? Any idea of worth? Thanks

Pretty nice agate. Does not look like moss agate that is mostly found along the Yellowstone, I'm guessing as is, it would be worth around $10-$15. More value in it if a lapidary cut and polished it. It would really depend a lot on what the internal patterns are going to be like inside of it. Otherwise it is worth what someone wants to pay for it!

Awesome! If your interested you could get a rock tumbler and put a little bit of baby oil in with it to polish it up, It basically keeps the colors bright as they are when its wet. I did this to a smokey quartz I have which was really dull when it was dry.
