Is this decalcified limestone? Doesn't seem like normal limestone...I'm trying to make a connection with what a carlin type of mineralization looks like. Does anyone have pictures of decalcified limestone or carlin type gold ore? I hear it looks spongey but I don't know and google doesn't really have any images of carlin ore.
