orange rock stone tool identification please

Hi, I wondered if any experts could tell me what type of stone this is, its around 4" it looks as may have been a stone tool possibly, Thanks ahead .

It looks like an iron sandstone concretion, with possibly some chert or agate growing in those voids in pic #4. Don't see anything to indicate a tool or artifact. Wrong kind of rock to be used for anything "tool" wise anyhow. JMO.
